Duty of Care for Victorian Employees (Awareness Training) Course Online
Welcome to the Duty of Care for Victorian Employees course. This course will provide you with an understanding of how to fulfil your duty of care to help maintain the health and safety of the workplace.
After completing this course, you will have an understanding of:
- occupational health and safety (OHS) responsibilities, which are otherwise referred to as duty of care responsibilities, at each level of the workplace, and
- your duty of care responsibilities as an employee.
You’ll also gain a practical understanding of how you are required to fulfil these responsibilities.
This course provides duty of care training for those performing the role of an employee.
If you’re a supervisor or in a senior management role in your organisation, then you should complete the duty of care course that relates to your role.
A Certificate of Completion is issued on successful completion of the course and you are required to get an 80% pass mark to be deemed as understanding the content. It is recommended that training is conducted every 2 years to stay refreshed.
